Tehnokom Social

Tehnokom Social is a private tool built and operated by Jaša Šonc, an independent social media manager. It publishes content to the Facebook Page and Instagram account of a client, Tehnokom klimatizacija, with that client's permission. The tool is not offered to the public, has no sign-up, and has no users other than its operator.
The app prepares posts, which the client reviews and approves, and sends them to the client's own Facebook Page and Instagram account through a self-hosted scheduling service. Every post is released by a person before it becomes visible. Nothing is published automatically.
The app does not access personal profiles, friend lists, private messages, or the data of anyone who visits or follows the Page.
Post content and access tokens are stored on a private server in Slovenia operated by the app's owner, reachable only by him. Content that is published is then held by Meta under Meta's own terms.
Draft and published post records are kept while the tool is in use, so the same content is not published twice. Access tokens are deleted when the connection to Meta is removed. Anyone may request deletion of the stored records at the address below.
The app processes no personal data of third parties. If you believe data concerning you is held, write to the address below and it will be deleted. Under the GDPR you may also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
If the app's behaviour changes, this page is updated and the date above changes with it.
